Rose Gledhill
THE HR COACH
I’m an executive coach for Human Resources people who want a fresh approach to achieving their professional goals.

About me
I am an experienced HR Director and Executive Coach. During the Covid 19 pandemic HR professionals have rightly earned their seat at the top table and put people at the heart of business decisions. They typically put their own development and self-care last on the list of priorities and I help them change that. I love listening to people talking about how they see their current challenges at work. I use my business experience to understand what’s going on for them. I ask challenging questions to bring about a change in their thinking. The answers are invariably inside their own heads. A trusting and respectful relationship unfolds. They find the confidence to take control of their future and the motivation to move towards their goal.

Are you always focusing on others' needs?

Have you put your own development to the bottom of the priority list?

Are you struggling to find time and space to really think deeply about where you’re going at work and how you’re going to get there?
FACE HR Coaching
For an employer, coaching represents a targeted investment in a valued member of the management team who will be strengthened to work effectively. Coaching provides additional support and focus to leaders who are new in their roles or new to the organisation, helping them to become more effective more quickly with a renewed sense of fulfilment and achievement.
For an individual, coaching aims at clarity and focus, working with strengths and building the confidence to take control of their situation. People can understand their values better, manage their teams more effectively, feel comfortable with their own motivation and well-being and overcome obstacles in their path.
